This ready-to-pour cocktail, the White Strawberry Negroni is a signature serve at Hey Palu a modern Italian bar who have placed in the UK Top 50 cocktail bars in 2024, 2023 & 2022 bring a new apetivio style of drinking to the Edinburgh scene.

Our reimagined classic combines Lind & Lime gin, Dolin strawberry vermouth and bianco bitter; it’s sweet, bitter but taking the same ethos as Lind & Lime is balanced.  Best served over ice or chill it in the freezer for at least an hour. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
